Due to the large number of Chinese tourists had to wait to enter the restaurant for breakfast.

The attention of the reception staff was first class, courteous, friendly and extremely effecient. The location is fantastic for train travellers. The breakfast was very good, a lot better than most hotels we have stayed at.

The only drawback was not having it's own restraunt although there are others right next door.

The hotel staff is excellent -- super friendly and very helpful. They arranged a taxi less than 24 hours in advance for my Mom to get to the airport for a fair price. They are extremely accommodating. This was my second time staying there and I highly recommend it to others.

It was very convenient across from the train station and easy to get into the island of Venice.

The rooms are spotless and updated with newly renovated beds. You will find Wi-Fi and fridge/mini bar.

The hotel was modern and very clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

The breakfasts which were included in our stay were the same each day.

The staff were extremely helpful and took time to answer all of our questions. They arranged transportation to the airport and had a snack breakfast waiting for us at 4:30 am. The room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the use of computer in the lobby. Convenient to bus stop.

Location opposite the Train station allowa a one stop journey to vennice at the cost of one euro. A cheaper alternative than staying in a hotel in vennice itself. A small but convenient and clean hotel

Friendly staff and clean rooms made our stay great. Wi-Fi was slow, though.

Great location if you are willing to be based in Mestre - which I strongly recommend considering the bus to the island is right outside the hotel (10min bus trip) and its a total rip off staying in venice unless you are ok staying in a 2 star (which will be impossible to find) when for the same price you can stay in a 4 star on the mainland. The bus is 24hr service..

Comfortable room, but Wi-Fi was nonexistent during my entire stay.

The location, by the Mestre train station, was perfect. Public bus to Venice, across the street from the train station for daytrips to Padova, etc, and one block to the airport shuttle. A supermarket with a good selection of wine and beer is three short blocks away.

There seems to be a mosquito breeding ground in the courtyard of the block.

The service which the staff provided was excellent. We arrived early and there was noprolem checking in early, we also checked out very early and staff provided breakfast for us. Excellent location for public transport and to Venice and luxurious.
